Tomorrow, November 11, around 5pm Pacific Standard Time, I will be doing pregame with the Marching Aztecs for a Chargers Game airing on NBC. Now, it is unlikely that they will give us any airtime. I suspect we would be in the background of some sportscasters discussing how well some guy's injuries are holding up or what the final score might be. But, there is a chance! So, look for me! I'll be playing the giant brass instrument somewhere in the back of the field. And if the Sousa line is in an upside U sort-of shape, I'll be the last one on the right.
We get some $90+ seats along with doing pregame. We also get to change out of our uniforms into regular clothes for the game. I am so excited!
P.S. San Diego has so much Charger pride. I think half a dozen cars or more in my complex have GIANT stickers or decals. One white truck even has the charger bolt thing going across the entire side on both sides.
