New Book

I bought a book today titled Why Do Men Have Nipples? I know it's an odd title, but it's such a good book! My friend Amber in my RWS class was reading it before class started one day, and I heard about it on some show a few days before. While I was roaming the SDSU bookstore today, I saw it on a shelf for 15% off! Wow, Megan bought a book...who would've thought I'd be a reader. It's not even a novel. It's just "hundreds of questions you'd only ask a doctor after your third martini." For example, I just read "Why do you laugh when tickled?" Scientifically, it is a complex process that requires the coordination of many muscles throughout the body which causes an increase in blood pressure, heart rate, breathing changes, and a boost to the immune system. But basically, it's just a reflex that generally relies on the element of surprise. So those of you can be tickled from yourself...you're crazy! And if you really want to know why men have nipples, maybe you should just read the book.

I forgot about blogger for awhile. I don't know what happened!!

I've been back at school since Sunday, and I am really glad this week has flown by. It's already Thursday! That means tomorrow is Friday which means it's almost Summer! haha. I am so ready for there too be a lot less stress from school. This week I've given SDSU 800 bucks to reserve my spot for a place to live next year. Writing an $800 check is crazy...I thought it hurt to write a $300 one for my camera. But it wasn't even my money this time. Dad put the money into my account.

I don't have a lot of thoughts floating around in my head today, so sorry for the lack of eloquence. This blogger was meant to be my more artistic version of my Xanga. I have thought about how warm it is today. I know I love Winter, but this heat feels so good. San Diego heat is a beautiful thing. ..except when it isn't.

Restarting this blog

I made this blog a few weeks ago once all my brothers joined, but it was kind of weird and links weren't working right with comments and stuff. So I deleted it and started over. Good thing I hadn't written but one entry so far. My first one was about how good my brothers all write and make little things sound so interesting. And also about me missing home. But seeing as I am home right now, I am not missing a thing!! Of course I miss hanging out with some of my friends from school, but I'm so much closer to my friends at home.

Saturday morning and afternoon was amazing! It "snowed" in Bakersfield! And by snow, I mean...it looked like snow to me, although it would probably be considered hail. The whole family went outside and took videos and pictures. So of course I won't leave you out of the loop by not posting pictures. Enjoy!
