Dad's Birthday

Dad's birthday is tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Chin2

Since everyone seems to be in the mood to share videos, I will jump on the bandwagon.

I jut finished writing a very tiny blurb about this on my xanga, but since most of you don't read that, I will post here as well. Lucky you!

While searching for a picture to link the video to, I discovered that wikipedia has an article about it. I love wikipedia for its randomness of information...even if I am not allowed to use it as a source for papers. It is a source for my own enjoyment of knowledge!! And according to wikipedia, this video was an "internet phenomenon" in 2001. It sure was...
wikipedia link

Oh geez, I didn't even explain the video...oh well. I loved it 3 years ago. That's all. You can read more on wikipedia.

I got my paper back from rws. I still dislike my teacher very much. I went into a conference with her last tuesday and she loved my paper. We turned it in thursday. I got it back yesterday and she was mean. In the past I have disliked a few teachers, one in particular last year for english. But there were still things about her that I liked. I have not discovered anything about my current teacher that I like yet. I don't like not liking people...
k, now I'm done.

Summer Excitement

Does anyone desire to know the connection between an article written by Gerry Spence and another written by Mark Hertsgaard through what my RWS teachers refer to as the 'larger conversation?' Yeah, didn't think so. But I just wrote a draft of an essay on just that! Even introducing an image and showing how they can have arguments on something they haven't even seen. I just assume what argument they might make and write about it. Oh RWS...how I can't wait for my final minute in your class!

Is anyone else excited about me being productive this summer? I am SO excited. I mean, I want a job! I want to go to summer school! I wan't to vacation when possible!! This is all so exciting to me. Especially the job...I've never had one...and for the most part never truly desired to have one. But just thinking about it makes me happy. Hopefully I will be able to work where I want (Target), but there will be happiness with anyone who gives me a job I can tolerate. So, hoorah for the future.

I can't believe it's been a week since I last got on here. I need to write more. I used to do it almost everyday.

I haven't taken any new pictures, so sorry for the lack of visual aid for viewing my life. But I suppose a huge rain cloud might show you how San Diego has been. Too bad I can't find a good picture...
